Ron Sosa is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), former practice owner, and business director for multisite animal hospitals. He holds certifications in Neurodiversity, Compassion Fatigue, Veterinary Business Leadership, and the Human-Animal Bond. In addition to his work in veterinary medicine, Ron is a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach and the Chief Neural Officer of Syn-Apt Leadership Coaching, where he helps leaders build neuroinclusive workplaces through self-awareness, adaptability, and empathetic leadership.

As the Executive Director of the Uncharted Veterinary Conference, Ron leads innovative discussions on leadership, operations, and community-building in veterinary medicine. A passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusive leadership, he speaks nationally on conflict management, operational efficiency, and financials, empowering veterinary professionals to create sustainable, thriving workplaces.
