Dr. Sue has worked in both mixed and small animal general practice.  She was an owner for 23 years and built a culture of trust at her practice that allowed her to keep her practice fully staffed, even through COVID.  The practice increased in revenue over 7 times since she began managing.  Sue values her family, and during the growth of her practice was able to have work life balance and volunteer as a room mom as well as attend all the sporting events her daughter participates in.  Dr. Sue wants to share her leadership and management experience to coach others through the growth process.  She continues to practice part time as a Medical Director after selling her practice in 2024.
